Bei Buchung von mind. sieben Übernachtungen bieten wir 10 Prozent und bei Buchung von mind 21 Tagen 20 Prozent Rabatt auf den Tagespreis.

We always rent the entire house for a flat rate of €290.00 per night.
Included services: heating, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, whirlpool, gas grill, fully equipped coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, high chair, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, sufficient toilet paper and kitchen rolls, as well as a parking space in the courtyard and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
An interim cleaning can also be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

OUR RULES
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The house is not rented to groups under 25 years of age. We cannot accept more than 8 guests (6 people are preferable). Please be courteous to our neighbors and respect the pleasant surroundings of our house: outdoor parties and barbecues are only allowed during the day and must end or be quiet after 10:30 pm.
