Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to check-in.

If there are at least 7 days remaining until check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount for all booked nights. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, we unfortunately have to charge the full amount (minus a cleaning fee of EUR 120.00), as it is highly unlikely that we will be able to re-let the house on such short notice.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days left until check-in.
